  1. ATTENTION:

  3. Viewing Intron Depot D2: Blades requires the use of either Microsoft Internet 
  4. Explorer 3.02 and up; or Netscape Communicator 4.0 and up.  THIS CD-ROM DOES 
  5. NOT CONTAIN EITHER OF THESE PROGRAMS.  If you do not have either of these 
  6. programs installed on your computer, you will need to download them from the 
  7. home pages of Microsoft or Netscape.  These programs are also occasionally 
  8. available on the free CD-ROMs included with many computer magazines.
  9.  
  10. Note:  This CD-ROM is bilingual, and includes both Japanese and 
  11. English-language text.  However, the Japanese text will not display correctly 
  12. unless you have installed the Japanese language extensions and font pack 
  13. available for downloading from Microsoft or Netscape.

  16. Quick Start:
  17. For Windows 95 or 98:
  18. 1.  Place the Intron Depot D2 CD-ROM from its case and place it in your 
  19. CD-ROM drive.  If Auto Play is enabled, an "Intron Depot D2" window will 
  20. appear once the drive closes and the CD-ROM loads.  Double-click on the 
  21. "IntronD2" icon in the window.
  22. 2.  If AutoPlay is not enabled, double-click the "My Computer" icon on your 
  23. desktop, double-click the icon for your CD-ROM drive, and then double-click 
  24. the "INTROND2" icon.

  26. For Macintosh OS 7.6:
  27. 1.  Place the Intron Depot D2 CD-ROM from its case and place it in your 
  28. CD-ROM drive.  An "Intron Depot D2" window will appear once the drive closes 
  29. and the CD-ROM loads.  
  30. 2.  Double-click on the "INTROND2.htm" icon for Netscape Communicator or 
  31. "INTROND2_IE" icon for Internet Explorer in the window.  The title page 
  32. will appear.
  33. 3.  Click anywhere you like on the title.

  36. Layout:
  37.     Index page:  Includes the Table of Contents.  You can go directly to any 
  38. image by clicking on the thumbnail of that image on this page.
  39.     Main page:  Each "Main" page represents two pages of Intron Depot D2: 
  40. Blades.  Clicking on any image will load a full-size version of that image.  
  41. To read the Shirow's comments on the artwork or to examine the data 
  42. information blocks for the primary illustrations, click on the desired text.  
  43. A frame will open containing the full translation.

  48. Navigation of Intron Depot D2: Blades is extremely simple, as there are only 
  49. five buttons.
  50.     MAIN:   Return to the page you were just viewing.

  57. Display settings:
  58. The images in Intron Depot D2: Blades are designed for optimum display at 
  59. 1024x768 pixels, with 24 bit color depth (16.7 million colors).  However, it 
  60. may be viewed at lesser color depths in order to speed up display of the 
  61. images.
